Cobbler and Priest

Those little leather shoes,
I made by my hands,
Hard work it had been to form,
My fingers at times bled…hard word pays off…

The shoes you wear, I made with my toil,
I am a cobbler, so be I,
My work is my duty,
Never did I complain,

Yet there he stays, in that God’s graced place,
Recites those prayers and the hymns,
He washes his people’s sin,
But never did my…holy soul he is.

Yet he wears, those shoes I make,
But never ere to touch me…shake my hands,
He would be sinned…
Had he touched, a cobbler’s skin.

So I stay away from him,
Or he does so, I never know,
Holy Spirit, is he pure?
Untouched me, am I sinned?

Those little shoes,
I make by my hands,
He wears those of my pairs,
But never ere to touch me on my skin,
he would be sinned,
had he touched a cobbler’s skin,
Priest and Cobbler,
Cobbler and Priest,
These humanly relations,
Never does exist.

Serene Night

Serene is the night,
With the twinkling stars above the sky,
Fancy light it acts tonight,
While the fair moon shines upon your beauty’s grace.

Like the soft quiet night,
So is the sea, tranquil and calm,
While the gentle breeze blows to the tune of the keys,
You danced in grace, I stood in dismay…

Dazzled…perplexed…struck by awe,
Disillusioned…stunned…silent…mum…
Words dare not come close to define you,
The night’s tranquil, I’d best stay mute.

Hush! Hark! Those fluttering leaves,
The colossal breeze that tonight fills the air,
The modest waves of the sea,
And your soft breaths of unheard mystic words…

See the night, long…soft and calm,
I’d wish to behold you by your arms,
Feel your breath…
And those mystic words, I ere to hear…

Let the piano continue to play,
And the breeze to blow till the dawn,
Let the waves of the water raise in joy,
I heard them…
Shh! The sea is calmer now…

Delighted Dream

I dream far to the horizon,
Where the heaven’s eye,
Sleeps in the mundane’s vast sea cot,
I dream to rise…I dream to set…

Like the heaven’s eye that overlooks the earth,
Yet never forgets to shine nor to set,
I wish to shine, and haply later set,
Unfold those mysteries…unmystify the world,
Scribble the truths buried deep down my ancestral past,
Over the clouds everyone looks at…
And then spread my love, I dream like else.

So thence I have a dream I ere,
Huge mountains I wish to conquer,
A dream to shine…rise in dawns,
But never forget; to set in dusk.

That radiant light, I wish to spread,
Warm and pure, love to all,
Black or white, I wouldn’t choose one,
Equal to light, so is to shade

I dreamt a dream,
Yet stood aghast; look where I stand,
I am a man,
Heaven’s majesty, I ere to win.

Poets Poem

The hearts of emotion forever does betray,
For I have lived yet not fully but redeemed what lies ahead,
Let it come as it may,
Drifted by meanless memories of who, and may I can
Become and live with we what is left to me,

With those cold winds,
Those winds that whispers gentle through my restless ears,
Frame them, hark those gentle winds,
Shouting and shouting silently of never endless mysteries;

Those hearts mixed in the wind,
Drowning life with it…the wind blows away those memories…
The memories I cherished,
The memories that has lived in and between my reckless life, but again swept

Memories I have cherished and indulged, but swept by winds,
Never again in my embrace,
Never again be kept,
Never again will I hold you near

Oh! my damsel in dust,
Never again in my embrace,
Should I stare black pictures of memories,

Away from my reach…high up in the sky,
Up above, so high above,
High in the sky I surrender all what is left to me,
So up above…I surrender my thoughts of the mystery days,
Save my memories for I’m yet nothing without them

Yet I heard your voice deep down my heart,
But couldn’t reach deep down enough to catch it,
Your heart is a bottomless pit…
You mourned, I stood still.

Fair Moon

Every fairness sometimes decline,
A moon from distance looks beautiful; eyed by all
Walk near to it,
And you’ll see hollow spots, it’s ugly…nay it’s just not what you saw

Yet the moon is,
‘spite its dark spots,
Gives light in the dark…
Thus is loved by all,…the beauty outcasts the dark

Early morn,
Now ere to see it,
Never will you see,
‘till the sun fades…then it’s you

The moon then I think,
Cast its spell in the flowing river,
It looked beautiful,…ravishingly beautiful,
Ye its bank stayed there…dark…least noticed…

The moon yet is adored,
Vague it maybe, yet loved by most,
Save those unnoticed,…
Yet consoled by themselves…

Yet the dark is redeemed by light,
The beauty be-throned by the beholder’s eye,
Life’s a shadow and the sun,
Ever fairness thence decline.

Love's Note

The beating of the hideous heart,
That stayed silent, unknown to all,
It stayed quiet, beat by some pounding name,
I knew…mockery you didn’t…

And now, after all these time,
The hideous heart, now I know,
Tribute to the love of yours,
Understood…understand; forever I will…

You heart’s beat, thence I recall,
One…two…it pounded in you,
“I love you,” you seemed to say,
Three…four…
“But will you to?”

“Words of love, are best unexpressed,
Let him know…let him find…”
One…two…your heart thus beat,
“I love you,” I heard you say,
Three…four…
“nay doubt me, I love you too.”

Love never, will be hidden,
See in her eyes that glimmer today…tonight,
Touch her lips…kiss her head,
Then with gentle smile, hold her close,
Tell her the words, you’ve kept to you,
“I love you dear,
Not just today, forever too.”

Then she will,
Forever be yours,
Hug her, hold her…don’t let her go,
Who knows what tomorrow brings on to you?
